Not Alone was my thesis project for my BFA program, born from my personal experiences with panic attacks and anxiety.

I aimed to translate the overwhelming, isolating nature of these moments into a visual narrative, framing the experience as a psychological horror story. Through this approach, I sought to capture the raw intensity of anxiety while fostering a deeper understanding of its impact.
